At Krisai Jewelz, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:

Return Window: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at krisai.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
